PTI nominates Omar Ayub Khan for slot of prime minister, Aqibullah finalized for KP speaker

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday nominated Omar Ayub Khan for the slot of the prime minister.

Moreover, the PTI nominated Mian Aslam Iqbal for the slot of the Punjab chief minister.

Talking to the media after a meeting with the PTI founder in Adiala jail, Asad Qaisar said that he had been given the task of holding talks with the likeminded parties.

"We will talk to the JUI, the ANP, the Jamaat-e-Islami and other nationalist parties. Not only rigging, but massive rigging has been done in the elections. We will not sit silently. We will sit in the assembly and fight the legal battle," he maintained.

Asad Qaisar said that the PTI founder would give the date for the protest by this evening.

Barrister Saif said that they were making the United States and Europe feel their responsibilities over the election rigging. "The US should not give the cosmetic statements and it should adopt more strict stance whether it is supporting dictators or the democratic government," he added.
