Resolution submitted in Senate for impeachment of President Arif Alvi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Dr Afnanullah Khan on Thursday submitted a resolution in the Senate for the impeachment of President Arif Alvi.

The impeachment resolution has been submitted after the Supreme Court verdict on the ruling of the National Assembly former deputy speaker Qasim Suri about the no-confidence motion.

The resolution has demanded action under the Article 6 against President Arif Alvi, former prime minister Imran Khan, Fawad Chaudhary and Qasim Suri.
