LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Information Officer Fayyazul Hassan Chohan said that children of the rulers say corruption is mandatory. Addressing a seminar in connection with creating awareness to control corruption at Alhamra Hall on Monday, he said that a politician was a meter reader while another used to sell tickets on blackmail in a cinema. “We have been destroyed due to corruption. It is surprising that a man appearing in a corruption case makes a victory sign,” he said. The minister said that the mentally challenged Khadim-e-Aala destroyed the bureaucracy in Punjab. “Son of the Khadim-e-Aala appears in the NAB Office as if he is returning after conquering Kashmir. Leaders like Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif appear due to lack of check and balance on corruption and dishonesty,” he said. NAB Director Syed Muhammad Hasnain said that they had recovered and deposited Rs 300 billion in the national exchequer. Later, gifts were distributed among students.
