Samsam declares July 25 as first anniversary of ‘GO Nawaz GO’

ISLAMABAD/LAHORE (92 News) – Responding to the ‘Black Day’ of opposition, Punjab Information Minister Samsam Bukhari declared July 25 as first anniversary of ‘Go Nawaz GO’. In a statement, the provincial minister mentioned that the nation had broken the idol of corruption into pieces on July 25 today in 2018. Reacting to ‘Black Day’, in series of tweets today, Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said the aspirations of the people and twenty three year political struggle of Imran Khan bore fruit in the general elections of last year.

She said the people gave mandate to Imran Khan for accountability and today is the day of triumph. “It is the day of defeat for those who plundered the public money.”

Firdous Ashiq Awan said those who used the politics for loot and plunder are being brought to justice. She said the nation has rejected their dynastic politics. She said this is the day when the people rejected the dynastic politics and thrown out those from the system who used politics for financial gains.

The special assistant regretted that two political parties by playing the game of taking turns in power badly exploited the masses. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) is marking Youm-e-Tashakur (Thanksgiving Day) today on the first anniversary of 2018 general elections.
