SC adjourns Toshakhana case till tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan adjourned the Toshakhana case till August 24.

The court ruled that apparently there are mistakes in the verdict of the trial court. "Requirements of the legal points have to be fulfilled. The court can interfere in the matter if the verdict is wrong," it observed.

The court ruled that the respect of each judge from the SC to a subordinate court is equal.
