SC forms larger benches to hear two important cases next week

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court on Friday formed larger benches to hear two important cases next week.

The six-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear the applications against the trial of civilians in the military courts on July 18.

On the other hand, an eight-member bench will hear the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act on July 21.

The SC has issued notices to the parties in both cases.
