SC gives PTI chairman an opportunity to appear in court in NAB amendments case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan has given an opportunity to the PTI chairman to appear in court in the NAB amendments case.

In the written order, the court directed to provide the copy of the order to the PTI chairman in Adiala jail. It also ordered the jail superintendent to make arrangements if the PTI chairman wants to appear in court.

The hearing of the appeals is linked to the detail verdict of the SC Practice and Procedure case.

The SC has issued notices to the attorney general and advocates general. A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
