LAHORE (92 News) - Former Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar resigned from the post of Adviser to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman. Shoaib Akhtar tweeted, “This is to announce that I have resigned from the post of adviser to the PCB chairman immediately.” The former star cricketer was appointed as the adviser to former PCB chairman Najam Sethi in February this year. The announcement was made days after Ehsan Mani was elected as the new PCB chairman. Last month, Prime Minister Imran Khan had nominated Mani as a member of PCB’s governing board.
