LAHORE (92 News) - Renowned America-based Pakistani singer Omar Khalifa has decided to take the Indian film company to court and served a notice through his legal team on Indian actors Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor for music plagiarism.

According to details, Omar Khalifa claimed that the Indian company Luv Films and a renowned music company have stolen the music of his song 'Billo Teri Tor'.

In his video message, he said that he had released this song worldwide in 2019, which was highly acclaimed on social media.

"I have the music rights of this song. Indian movie 'Tu Jhooti Mein Makkar' filmed under Yash Raj and being broadcast on the platform of famous Indian music company and an international film company. I have issued the notice because I have not allowed anyone to use my music," said Omar Khalifa.
