Two death convicts executed in Faisalabad

FAISLABAD (92 News) – Two death convicts were hanged in Faisalabad Central Jail on Friday. Muhammad Akhtar had killed Manzoor in 1999, while Sajid had killed Shahida Perveen, a school teacher, in 2000. The anti-terrorism courts had awarded them death, while their Lahore High Court and the Supreme Court upheld their conviction. The bodies of the convicts have been handed over to their families.
