Woman judge threatening case: Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrants issued

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Civil Judge Malik Aman issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PTI chairman Imran Khan in the case pertaining to threatening the female judge.

The court rejected the plea for exemption from appearance on medical grounds. It ordered the police to arrest and produce Imran Khan on April 18.

On August 20, PTI chairman Imran Khan had threatened ADSJ Zeba Chaudhry and the police officers over alleged custodial torture on Shahbaz Gill.

A case was registered against him under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA). Later, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) also started the contempt of court proceedings against him.
