Anti-encroachments operation continues in Karachi
KARACHI (92 News) – The anti-encroachments operation is going on in different areas of the city on Monday.
Heavy machinery is being used to demolish illegal buildings in Baldia Town. In Clifton, a ban has been imposed business activities on pavements and in vacant plots.
On the other hand, notices have been issued to tea stalls set up in commercial areas, including coastal areas.
Encroachments have been removed from around in all big markets in Empress Market, Mobile Market, Burnas Road, Aram Bagh, Light House, Khori Garden, Jamia Cloth Market and Bolton Market.
Over 150 shops were demolished in Empress Market.
