Asif Zardari announces to go to parliament with his son
GARHI KHUDA BUKHSH (92 News) – PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari has announced to go to parliament with his son.
Addressing a public meeting on the 9th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto on Tuesday, he said that he would contest on the seat of his sister, while Bilawal will contest the election from Larkana.
“We will not spare the Mughal Badshah. Mian Sahib, you have destroyed our democracy. We will face you in the parliament,” he maintained. “Mian Nawaz Sharif has forgotten everything. We will not let him appoint the new chief justice like the old one.”
Asif Zardari said they had no objection to the appointment of the NAB chairman under the Supreme Court.
He said that the four demands do not mean the PPP would attack democracy. “It means the PPP will go to parliament and courts to get its right,” he added.
