ATC again issues arrest warrants for MQM chief, 20 others
KARACHI (92 News) – The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has on Friday again issued arrest warrants of 20 leaders of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) including party chief Altaf Hussain, while extended the protective bail of Waseem Akhtar.
The ATC was hearing a MQM leader Altaf Hussain’s provocative speech case but the Investigation Officer could not appear before the court, on which the court expressed anger.
The court again issued non-bailable arrest warrants of more than 20 leaders of MQM including party chief and ordered to arrest the accused.
On the other hand, the ATC extended the protective bail of MQM leader Waseem Akhtar until February 22.
