ATC issues non-bailable arrest warrants of MQM leaders
KARACHI (92 News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court has on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of 20 leaders of Muttahida Qaumi Movement including party chief Altaf Hussain and Waseem Akhtar in the hate speech case.
The court further ordered to produce them in the court on January 18.
Police presented the challan against MQM chief Altaf and other party leaders in the court in hate speech case.
Senior party leaders Waseem Akhtar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Qamar Mansoor, Salman Mujahid are included in the list of those whose arrest warrants have been issued.
