ATC Judge shifts MQM’s Amir Khan case to another court

KARACHI (92 News) – The hearing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Amir Khan case has been shifted to another court due to distrust issue of Rangers law officer on Tuesday.

Earlier, the Rangers law officer expressed distrust on the Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Khalida Yaseen for granting bail to the accused Amir Khan.

The ATC Judge Khalida Yaseen shifted the case to court No 4 of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).


The MQM leader Amir Khan is accused of sheltering convicted terrorists.
