ATC to conclude Akbar Bugti murder case this year
QUETTA (92 News) – Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Aftab Lone has said that the Akbar Bugti murder case will be concluded this year.
He accepted the application of Pervez Musharraf, the accused, for one-day exemption from appearance in court.
Sohail Rajput advocate, counsel for Nawabzada Jamil Akbar Bugti, said that Pervez Musharraf can appear in other courts and seems healthy in TV shows, but he does not want to appear in court.
The counsel for Pervez Musharraf said that his client could not come to court for health and security reasons.
The court remarked that no development could be made in the case for a long period and the case would be concluded in 2015.
The case has been adjourned until May 13.
