Bacha Khan University closed again for one week
CHARSADDA (92 News) – Bacha Khan University (BKU) Charsadda has been closed again on Monday for another week, after it was reopened today following last week’s deadly terrorist attack, which killed at least 21 including teachers and wounded several others.
The decision to close the University for another 7-days was taken during a meeting of varsity’s staff and teachers.
Earlier, special prayers and Quran Khawani were held today in Bacha Khan University for the martyrs of the terrorist attack, while the students and teachers of Bacha Khan University took out a peace rally at Farooq Azam Chowk.
During the protest, the students of the varsity demanded the security be handed over to Pakistan Army.
