Bilawal says PTI contested election in alliance with banned outfits
KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had contested the election in alliance with the banned outfits.
Talking to the media on Saturday, he demanded that three ministers should be removed for having links with the banned outfits.
He was of the view that Khan Sahib had not stood with the people in the elections. “They cannot contest us in the political arena. They do not want to see me in the assembly,” he said.
The PPP chairman said that the Pakistan Air Force captured the Indian pilot, but the government struck an NRO with the government. He added that the country was facing the crisis and human rights are being violated.
Bilawal Bhutto demanded that a joint National Security Committee of the parliament should be formed. “The National Action Plan should also be implemented,” he said.
Meanwhile, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has announced to launch a public contact campaign. “We will visit from Karachi to Larkana to contact the masses,” he said.
Three ministers have links to banned outfits: Bilawal
Addressing a press conference with Sindh Chief Minister Murad ali Shah at the inauguration ceremony of ‘Sarbabz Sindh’, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday again alleged that three current ministers have links with the banned outfits.
He demanded the prime minister to take strict action against the cabinet members, alleging that as many as three federal ministers are in close contact with the members of banned organisations.
“The action against the proscribed organizations is not enmity against the country, however, this is demand of the opposition,” he said. He said that such ministers, who have links with banned outfits, should not be members of the cabinet.
Bilawal Bhutto asked the government to take strict action against banned outfits. He added that the country could not progress in such circumstances. Rejecting the JIT formed in the fake accounts case, the PPP leader claimed it was a conspiracy against him and his name was expunged by the chief justice.
“The government, instead of helping people who are suffering, is engaged in economic murder,” he said and added that the public is drowning in a tsunami of inflation. “Rather than helping the poor, the government is involved in the economic killing of the poor,” he said.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the India is involved in ‘water terrorism’ for stopping water to Pakistan. He also said that the Sindh government is starting campaign in Sindh green, adding that they will try to reduce the effect of climate change with plantation of trees.
The PPP leader mentioned that they would plant fruit trees including mangoes and the people will get fruits.
