Change of guard ceremony held at Dr Allama Iqbal’s mausoleum

LAHORE (92 News) – An impressive ceremony of a change of guard was held at the mausoleum of national poet Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal in Lahore on Monday.

A contingent of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) assumed the duty.

After the ceremony, chief guest Base commander Air Commodore Hamid Faraz laid a floral wreath at the mausoleum. He also offered Fateha.

Later, he was also given a guard of honour.

In Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Governor Ishratul Ebad paid tributes to the Founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah at his mausoleum.

They also offered Fateha.
