Chohan declares Maulana Fazl’s ‘Azadi March’ as agenda of RAW
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Minister for Colonies Fayyazul Hassan Chohan on Monday declared ‘Azadi March’ of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman as agenda of Indian intelligence agency RAW.
Addressing a press conference, Chohan claimed that there was a linkage between Maulana’s ‘Azadi’ march and it’s positive propagation in the Indian media.
“Indian media has presented the JUI-F chief as a hero, wise people will understand that a hero to Indian media is akin to an enemy of Pakistan, the RAW has been found involved in a plethora of nefarious activities in the region,” the Punjab minister said.
“I will not be surprised that if things go sour in the upcoming days due to Maulana’s theatrics then his strings could be in someone else’s hands,” the minister mentioned.
“What is the Maulana trying to achieve by arming the innocent young students of seminary with sticks, what are the directions being given to them?” he asked.
NAB chief to take notice of corruption inquiries against Fazl
Fayyazul Hassan Chohan urged National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to take notice of pending corruption inquiries against the JUI-F chief. He also leveled serious charges of corruption against Maulana Fazlur Rehman. He further said that the Maulana was submerged in corruption from head to toe.
Maulana Fazlur Rahman has announced to hold anti-government protest as ‘Azadi March’ towards Islamabad on October 27.
Addressing a press conference on Thursday, the JUI-F chief said that the JUI-F will stage sit-in at D-Chowk in Islamabad on October 27, adding that the present government was formed as a result of rigging.
The JUI-F chief said that all opposition parties had agreed on the above and had called for fresh elections. “We will gather at D-Chowk,” he said, adding, “We are not ones to disperse easily.”
“The country is under economic crisis due to the government’s incompetency,” Maulana Fazlur Rehman said. He maintained that the party will begin its ‘Azadi march’ on October 27 towards Islamabad. “All caravans will reach Islamabad across the country. We will express solidarity with the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK).”
