CJP appreciates cleanliness condition in Karachi
KARACHI (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday appreciated the provincial government over cleanliness condition in Karachi.
During the hearing, the chief justice said that he felt really happy after seeing cleanliness condition in Karachi. The chief justice asked Karachi Mayor Waseem Akhtar that where will he take him for visit. The mayor claimed that soon drainage paths will be cleaned.
The chief justice remarked that do the governments not know this reality without water no life can be survived in the world. Advocate Shahab Usto told the court that 915 schemes have been completed and that projects related to the sewerage system have also been implemented. He further said that the metropolis is faced with a shortage of 250 million gallons of water daily.
