CJP should make decisions according to holy Quran: Sirajul Haq
LAHORE (92 News) – Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq has on Sunday said that we are against the law, adding that their war will continue until the rulers change their directions.
Addressing a ceremony in Lahore on Sunday, he said that the dogs and horses of rulers eat butter and sleep in air conditions, while poor people are forced to live on footpath.
He said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) should make decisions according to holy Quran as the country was built in the name of Islam but the Islamic laws could not enforced.
Commenting on the Model Town tragedy, the JI chief said that innocent people were murdered in Model Town two years ago but the government couldn’t deliver justice.
He further criticizes the government.
