Clashes erupt outside polling stations during NA-120 by-poll
LAHORE (92 News) – Despite the deployment of huge contingent of law-enforcement agencies including armed forces personnel, the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) came face to face in different areas, chanting slogans against each other.
Law enforcement personnel warned the political workers of baton charge, following which the activists dispersed.
Despite the heavy deployment of police and army the activists of PTI and PML-N clashed with each other at Lower Mall.
The activists of both the political parties also came face to face at the polling stations of UC 56 and 57, Hall Road, Cooper Road and Jain Mandar, chanting slogans against each other.
