ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway has been closed with containers in order to stop Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers from protesting against the government.

In a bid to fail the November 2 protest, the government is using force to close various routes. Piles of sand have been placed along the motorway to block the traffic from entering the capital.

Moreover, the pull has been blocked by placing containers.

The commuters are facing a difficulty in travelling along the route.

An ambulance could also not pass because of the blockade on motorway. The patient in the ambulance was being shifted to Islamabad in a critical condition.
