Consular services hours for Pakistani Embassy in US being reduced
WASHINGTON (92 News) – In the wake of coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the consular services hours for the Pakistani Embassy in US are being reduced.
In a tweet, Pakistani Ambassador in US Asad Majeed said that in the wake of COVID-19 related emergency measures announced by the US government and to ensure the safety of all. “We are urging every one to use the online consular services and visit the embassy only if it is absolutely essential,” he added.
It further mentioned that in this regard, the consular services hours for the Embassy of Pakistan, Washington DC are being reduced and only essential staff will be available to meet the emergency needs from 0930-1230 hours.
