Contempt Case: Indictment of IG Sindh, others deferred till Dec 22

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on Tuesday deferred the indictment of Inspector General Sindh (IG) Ghulam Haider Jamali and 14 others.

The two member bench of SHC comprising Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh and Justice Farooq Shah was hearing the case in which IG Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali was also present.

The court said that the all police personnel including IG Sindh are equal. During the hearing, Advocate General Sindh was not present in the court.


The court expressed anged over the absence of Advocate General and adjourned the hearing till December 22.
