Contempt plea filed against CM Sindh in SHC

KARACHI (92 News) – A contempt of court petition has been filed in the Sindh High Court against Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah’s speech in Malir Bar Association on Thursday.

The petitioner said in its petition that the chief minister Qaim Ali Shah gave derogatory statement against judiciary in Malir Bar which is a violation of Article 204.

The petitioner said that any political leader or head of institution can give derogatory statement against judiciary.
