Court allows Zulfiqar Mirza to visit abroad
KARACHI (92 News) – The Karachi Sessions Judge South has allowed former Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza to go abroad for three weeks on Monday.
Zulfiqar Mirza, in a petition, contended that he wanted to go abroad for the treatment of his wife.
He said that he would face all the cases against him. He also presented a letter from SIUT Chief Adeeb Rizvi in this regard.
Meanwhile, the anti-terrorism case has sought a reply from the prosecutor till June 10.
Mirza had filed another such petition in the ATC.
