Court extends model Ayyan Ali’s remand till May 28
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – The banking court hearing the money-laundering case against supermodel Ayyan Ali extended her remand till May 28 today (Monday).
As per reports, the customs authorities once again failed to present the complete challan and stated that investigation from two suspects is still left and will be done soon. The court, while expressing displeasure directed the authorities to submit the challan soon and adjourned the hearing till May 28.
Meanwhile, Ayyan’s lawyers filed a bail plea in the court which was dismissed.
Appearing the court for the eighth time, the supermodel refused to meet her father Raja Hafeez who tried to meet her in the courtroom. She also also shoved away a photographer who tried to capture her photo outside the court.
