RAWALPINDI (92 News) – A customs court in Rawalpindi reserved its judgment regarding supermodel Ayyan’s bail plea on Wednesday.

As per reports, Ayyan’s lawyers Sardar Latif Khosa and Sardar Ishaq appeared before the customs court and presented their arguments. The team argued that though the money was recovered from the supermodel’s possession, she “didn’t intend to ‘smuggle’ it. “She was waiting for her brother who was due from Karachi to collect the money from her,” they said.

The lawyer claimed that 500,000 $ is the fee Ayyan charges for a show and it was her fee that she was carrying while she was arrested on the airport. In response, the prosecution lawyer said that the State shall have to bear a loss of a billion rupees if the suspect is allowed bail.
