Dr Asim denies reports of resignation from party position
KARACHI (92 News) – Former federal minister and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Dr Asim Hussain has on Saturday denied resigning from the party position.
Talking to media at the accountability court in Karachi on Saturday, he said that no one in the party asked him about his meeting with Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-Pakistan) Dr Farooq Sattar.
The PPP leader said that those who were spreading rumors should be asked about this.
“I will do whatever party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari would asks me to do,” he said.
