Dr Asim Hussain not indicted in terrorist facilitating case

KARACHI (92 News) – Former federal minister for petroleum Dr Asim Hussain could not be indicted under the charges of facilitating terrorists and providing them medical care facilities at his hospitals in Karachi on Friday.

Dr Asim Hussain was presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court but could not be indicted in facilitating terrorists and providing them medical care facilities case.

The court further issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Wasim Akhtar, Anees Qaim Khani, Saleem Shehzad and Qadir Patel and adjourned the hearing until January 19.
