DRAP petitions SC against fake drug manufacturing company
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) on Friday filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC) against a fake medicine manufacturing company.
The DRAP through its counsel filed a petition against the drug manufacturing company for not complying with its orders.
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case and summoned the Muhammad Usman, the owner of the drug manufacturing company.
The CJP ordered Inspector General of Police Islamabad to ensure the appearance of the company’s owner.
Giving his remarks, Justice Saqib Nisar said that why the DRAP was failing to control the drug manufacturing company’s owner, adding that he wanted to see that himself.
