ECP should play its role to end horse trading in Senate elections: Fawad

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Friday has said Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should play its constitutional role to end horse trading in Senate elections.

Speaking to the journalists outside the parliament, Fawad Ch said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has already called for cooperation of government and opposition to change procedure of Senate elections.

“When we talk about thieves and dacoits, why the opposition objected,” the information minister asked. He also mentioned, “We talked about the punishment of dacoits, why they show their reactions.”
