Era of MQM’s London-based chief is over: Nihal Hashmi

KARACHI (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Nihal Hashmi has on Friday while criticizing former-Sindh governor said that the last traces of terror have been removed after the removal of Ishratul Ebad from the office.

Talking to media in Karachi on Friday after the oath-taking ceremony of new Sindh Governor Justice (r) Saeeduzzaman Siddiqui, he said that today people of Pakistan and democracy has taken oath after which the era of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) London-based chief and the era of those who do not believe in Pakistan is over.

On the other hand, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has clarified that the statement of PML-N senator Nihal Hashmi regarding the former Sindh governor does not reflect the stance of the Government.

She said that Nihal Hashmi has expressed his individual opinion.
