Ex-PM Nawaz Sharif files another petition against Panama case verdict
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has filed another petition against the verdict of the Panama case.
The verdict of the three-member bench announced on July 28 has been challenged in the petition.
In the earlier petition, he had challenged the judgement of the five-member bench.
Nawaz Sharif contended that his objections against the JIT were rejected, terming them as premature.
He stated that he had been disqualified on the basis that was not mentioned in the application.
It has been also stated that no law in the country allows monitoring of a trial court.
