Expansion project in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat under consideration
MAKKAH (92 News) – After the unprecedented expansion of the Holy Mosque, the Saudi government has on Friday began considering the expansion project in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat.
Following the completion of the project, around 4 million pilgrims would be able to stay in Muzdalifah and Arafat at the same time.
The Makkah Development Authority planned the expansion of sacred sites. The project has been sent to the relevant departments to start work.
According to report, installation of new tents, to pave walkways and construction of bathrooms in Mina would be included, while the expansion project in Muzdalifah and Arafat would also be launched with same ratio.
