Farooq Sattar appeals administration to remove seals of party’s offices
KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar has on Wednesday said that despite all issues the party will hold celebrations at Jinnah Ground and Waseem Akhtar and Arshad Wohra will change the city.
Talking to media at the Old KMC Building on the occasion of elections, he said that they would take the rapid development of Karachi, adding that the decisions are being taken from Pakistan. “The celebrations will be held at Jinnah Ground today evening,” he said.
He appealed the administration to remove the seals of party’s offices including headquarters nine-zeros.
“Dr Amir Liaquat is an emotional person and he is one of them, adding that the party leader Nasreen Jalil was confused but her issues have been resolved,” Sattar added.
On the other hand, Opposition leader in Sindh Assembly, Khawaja Izharul Hassan said that it would be difficult to run city’s matters from the jail, adding that they would request Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah to strengthen the hands of Waseem Akhtar.
He said that he fully support the Karachi operation, adding that the peace is being restored in the city.
