Fawad Ch says police displayed tolerance despite being attacked
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that the police displayed tolerance despite being attacked by the PPP workers outside the NAB office on Wednesday.
Talking to the media, he said that a few dozen people were called on five tongas for attacking the police outside the NAB office.
The minister asked the PPP to apologize to the nation. “We want understanding, but it does not mean the accountability process should stop,” he said. “The corrupt people will have to face the cases,” he said.
He said that the PPP leadership should apologize to the nation.

Earlier, he said that second episode of the Corruption Olympics has started. “The people should observe the attitude of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari,” he said.

Meanwhile, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Ch has directed the Interior Minister to release the people who are not involved in attacking the police.
He, however, said that those attacking the police will not be released.
The minister said that such acts should be condemned.
