Fayyaz Chohan says PDM showing enmity towards country
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Minister for Jails Fayyazul Hassan Chohan said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is showing enmity towards the country.
Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that funds were being provided from abroad for the meetings. "The opposition will suffer the loss of its irresponsible behaviour," he said.
The minister said that he had asked Begum Safdar Awan to undergo the coronavirus test. "The PDM will suffer a defeat. The law should be implemented to save the masses from coronavirus," he said.
He said that the opposition has received nothing in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar said that the government had banned the meetings due to a sharp increase in the coronavirus cases.
Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry said that the PDM leadership should show maturity. "The violation of SOPs will cause a loss to the masses," he said.
