Federal cabinet rejects Maryam Nawaz’s request to go abroad
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – On the recommendations of the sub-committee, the federal cabinet unanimously rejected Maryam Nawaz’s application to go abroad on Tuesday.
The report will be submitted to the court concerned.
The cabinet members were of the view that the Sharif family is fleeing from the country one by one. “Earlier, Shehbaz Sharif went abroad and now Maryam Nawaz wants to flee on the pretext of the treatment of her father,” they opined.
Meanwhile, the cabinet approved a 15 percent decrease in the prices of 89 medicines.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Health Regulations Zafar Mirza said that the decision had been made in the light of the Medicine Price Policy 2018.
He said that they would soon announce the National Medicine Policy.
