First Hajj flight departs for Madina
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The first Hajj flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) carrying 328 pilgrims departed from Islamabad for Madina on Monday.
Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf seen off the pilgrims at the airport.
The minister congratulated the pilgrims and said that all possible arrangements have been made to provide the best possible facilities to Pakistani pilgrims.
On the occasion, the acting Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan said that the Kingdom makes comprehensive arrangements in order to ensure that the pilgrims perform their Hajj rituals with ease and comfort.
During the operation, 107,526 intended pilgrims will be taken to the holy land, while the operation will continue until August 26.
