Five-day anti-polio campaign kicks off in Punjab
LAHORE (92 News) – After Khyber Pakhtunkwa, the five-day anti-polio campaign started across Punjab on Saturday. The process to vaccinate children started in Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala and Gujrat. During the five-day drive, over 1.38 million children will be administered anti-polio drops. In Faisalabad, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali inaugurated the campaign with parliamentarians and the Health Department officers at Allied Hospital. The Faisalabad deputy commissioner appreciated the efforts of 92 News for playing its role to make the drive successful. He also appealed to the parents to make the campaign successful. In Sindh, the seven-day campaign will start on Sunday. Health Minister Azra Pechuho inaugurated the campaign on Saturday.
