Five killed, eight arrested raid by Rangers in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – At least five gang-war criminals were killed in two separate raids conducted by Rangers in Lyari area of on Saturday.

As per Rangers spokesperson, the criminals opened fire at Rangers personnel during a raid. The paramilitary personnel, in retaliation killed three gangwar criminals who are said to be involved in extortion, target killing and other crimes. “The accused were involved in a murder case of 40 people,” he said. “In another incident at Bahar Colony, Rangers officers gave befitted reply to a grenade attack and killed two suspects Junaid and Anees of Baba Ladla Group.”

Meanwhile, enraged people grabbed two dacoits and handed them over to the police for investigation. Also, police apprehended three drug dealers and confiscated heroin from their possession.
