Five terrorists killed in DG Khan operation
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – At least five terrorists were killed and a security forces personnel embraced martyrdom during an intelligence based operation in Chhera Thal 40 kilometers south West of Fort Manro area near tri border area of Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh.
In a statement issued by the ISPR, Sepoy Kamran embraced Shahadat while Deputy Superintendent Rangers Haroon received injuries and was rushed to hospital.
The intelligence based operations were carried out by Pakistan Rangers Punjab in tri border area of Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh in Chhera Thal about 40 kilometres south West of Fort Manro.
One of the terrorists Zulfiqar alias Zulfi was wanted in 7 FIRs having close links with Balochistan Liberation Army Harybiyar Murree group while another Peer Baksh alias Peera was wanted in 15 FIRs, having 20 Lacks head money.
The funeral prayer of martyred security forces personnel Kamran was offered at Multan Garrison. Corps Commander Multan Lieutenant General Sarfraz Sattar DG Rangers Punjab Major General Azhar Naveed Hayat, serving and retired military officials attended the Namaze Janaza.
The remains of martyred security forces personnel Kamran will be taken to his home town Juranawala where the Shaheed will be buried with full military honor.
