Each institution, parliament & Opp should be concerned at current situation
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has termed the government a liar, saying it changes its statement daily.
Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that the government is a coterie of liars. “So many liars cannot remain united. According to the ministers and Prime Minister Imran Khan, the country borrowed US$11 billion from different countries. The government spokesperson is criticizing the government.”
Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that each institution, the parliament and the opposition should express concern over the current situation.
He was of the view that the country had never witnessed such unusual conditions.
The ex-PM claimed that the Nawaz Sharif government had laid the foundation stone of the Mohmand Dam. “It is as per law that Razzaq Dawood had participated in the bidding when he was not in the government. The government accepted his bidding. Now Razzaq Dawood should decide whether he backtracks from the bidding or leaves the government,” he maintained.
He advised the information minister to remain silent as it will benefit Pakistan. “There is no need to launch a movement and the government will collapse itself. There is no comfortable life in Adiala jail, but it is in Bani Gala,” he said.
