Gilgit session judge’s vehicle attacked by terrorist in Diamer
DIAMER (92 News) – The terrorist on Sunday attacked on the vehicle of district and session judge Malik Inayat in Diamer, Gilgit-Baltistan.
As per detailed garnered, the assailants opened fire at the session judge’s vehicle when he was on his way to attend the funeral prayers of Martyred police official Arif. The session judge and his family members remained unhurt in the attack.
It was reported that there were no casualties reported during the incident. Malik Inayat and his family members remained unhurt in the attack.
The sessions judge and his family were on their way to attend the funeral prayers of police official Arif Hussain, who lost his life on Saturday during a search operation in the area.
Earlier, one police constable was martyred and another injured when the miscreants involved in torching twelve girls schools in Diamer opened indiscriminate firing on the police party conducting raids for arrest of the culprits in Tangir area early this morning.
Police said that later one of the miscreant was also killed and two others injured in the operation. The miscreants have now fled away towards the nearby mountains who are being followed the police to arrest them.
