Govt to contact opposition leaders over ToRs issue

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has decided to contact the opposition leaders over the terms of reference (ToRs) issue of the Panama Leaks commission.

The decision was made during a high-level meeting presided over by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday.

The coalition parties have rejected the opposition’s demand of the resignation of the prime minister.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Railways Minister Kh Saad Rafique, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid will contact the opposition parties.


It has also been decided to write an answer to the letter sent by Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah.

Talking to the media after the meeting, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that they had reservations about the ToRs of the opposition.
