Gunmen kill two police personnel in Quetta
QUETTA (92 News) – Unidentified gunmen have opened fire on a vehicle carrying police personnel in the provincial capital’s Samangli Road, killing two policemen fleeing.
The attack took place in the city’s Samangli Road when the convoy of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Hameedullah Dasti was fired on by gunmen, resultantly, two police personnel deployed on the security of the DSP were killed on the spot.
Following the incident, security and rescue personnel reached the site, cordoned off the area and began search operation.
The bodies of the deceased were shifted to the Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

On January 28, a policeman was killed in Quetta’s Hazarganji area in a targeted attack while on January 18, two Balochistan Constabulary officials were killed in Quetta.
